I must be missing something. What is the big attraction to the window valet? I'm sure I'm just not getting it, as I see a lot of people like it?
I have a vert, and supposedly it's a must have for verts?
Thanks for the help.
Steve
With a vert after you put the top up you have to get back into the car turn on the ignition and raise the windows. With the window valet you can open the car and put the top down without getting in and when you want to put the top up you don't have to get back in it. Also you can continue to use the accessories for about fifteen minutes after you pull the key if desired. I love mine
Yes it is a must. I use mine everytime I take the vette out If you shop around you can find them for under $139. Best price I've seen around. Takes less than 5 min to install and program. Check out the G.P. round here someplace!
dont forget the top speed reading usefull if you leave the car for service ......
Another neat feature - if you park your Vert, top down, at a restruant and have a 'line of sight' to it, if someone is too inqusitive (looking inside) you can raise the windows on them.

Great mod for the price. Pretty neat coming back to your car and from a distance lowering the windows with the radio coming on
I have one for my Z06 and particularly like it when I have to get in when I'm parked in a tight space or someone has parked too close. I'm tall and the extra room has saved me and the car on numerous occasions. Plus if you buy one and don't like it, there are many people out there who will buy it from you for close to what you paid for it.
By far one of the best mods you can make. Try parking you car at a show and then have it shower, then stop, then shower, etc. Top up, top down, etc. Well worth it.
Don't also forget the feature where you can lock your speedometer - so when you get stopped for speeding, you can show the officer - while stopped - that your speedometer is still reading 40 m.p.h.!!
I don't have a vert but like mine anyway. It eliminates having to slam doors to overcome the tight air seals when the windows are up.
When you're closing the hatch on a coupe, you don't have to put everything down to use both hands.... just close the windows as you're walking away....
