WOW on recall refund...Column Lock
Just received a call from GM stating that my claim for reinbursement for a repair that I had done for my column lock had been denied. (My car was previously not covered under the frist recall but was on the second). But do to the fact that it ocurred they were still going to send me a check for the full amount (little more than $500) on a good faith basis. I was shocked. She told me that I would still receive a denial letter but then would get my check in 3 to 4 weeks. Anyone else get that same treatment?
