Proper warm up time
What is the proper warm up time on my 02. When I first start the car in the morning do I wait for 30 seconds or until the oil temp is 100 degree's or 150? When can the car be driven hard above 150?

No warm up time is needed, just start and go. The longer you idle when cold, the more carbon buildup you'll get, something the LS1 is prone to getting already.
Even when it's -10F and my car is outside all night, I still start it up and immediately go. I just drive very gentle until the oil gets warm. I keep my rpms below 1500 for the first few minutes (which is easy to do with an automatic)

I start mine up, let it idle for a few seconds, then take off. I just keep the rpms down until it gets to proper operating temp.
