I'm assisting a friend who stopped by with a running/turn signal light problem.
His front running light and turn signals won't come on. I checked all his fuses and they are all ok. His back signal lights work but they seem to flash a bit fast.
He is missing fuse #41 and I don't know what it does. It says it's the "RTD" fuse. but I don't know what that stands for.
Where should I start to see if everything is pluged up? I took the shroud off of the headlights and it appears as if everything is plugged in properly.
Check the bulb or the wire harnest - possibly not plug in all the way. Fast flash means one or two bulb is burnt out. Also check the flasher. If someone experience this problem, they chime in the correct answer.

Ordinarily, if you have a fast turn signal it indicates a burned out bulb. It is odd that both of them went but not impossible. You could have damaged (burned through) connectors which is showing up as more and more common. I'd go after replacing the bulbs first and then work back from there.

So let me get this right. If the light flashes fast that means the bulb is blown? But the rear signals work and the two fron don't. So when the rear bulbs blink fast is that a warning for the front bulbs being blown?
