Installing my GHL's today, and you know those two bolts that hang down with in the rear frame to hold the muffler flange or whatever it is?....well the frame ate them. What do I do? Is there any way to retrieve them?

Funny you mention that. Someone just today was talking about this same problem installing a GHL. The answer was to blindly fish them out with a wire. You might be able to use the magnet too. You know, those things they sell at autozone that are like an extendable radio antenna with a magnet on the end.
