Default Vette Essentials is a classy operation!

As some of you may know, I'm searching everywhere for a pair of black leather sport seats. (Send me a PM if you've got some. Will pay ca$h NOW!) My tiny little wife gets uncomfortable on long drives in my standard seats. Thanks to Patches, she now knows that the power sport seats are much more comfortable for her. Thanks Patches....I think.

I heard that VE could convert yours so I called Ken King and explained that I wasn't really looking for any different covers, I just wanted the power adjustments that a sport seat has.

Ken spent almost a half hour on the phone telling me what I needed to do the job of converting the ones I have, telling me what he could supply and what I could buy from other sources cheaper. In short the guy spent a half hour with someone he's never talked to before telling him how to do what he wanted without spending a dime at Vette Essentials.

That's a classy guy and he made a customer today. I don't know when or what I'll end up buying from him, but I do know that if I'm looking for something and he sells it, I'll look no further.

BOth Ken and Sandy are GREAP PEOPLE, and a GREAT VENDOR

They WILL go out of their way to assist - do not we wish all vendors were so inclined?

Ken is definitely a class act. We have spoken on the phone a couple of times and he personifies the golden rule of running a business and treating people.

That's great to hear. I just did a post similar regarding CNM. Mark is the same way. He talks to me as if we have been friends for years. Great vendors here for sure.

Ken & Sandy at Vette Essentials are absolutely first-class people, and deliver the very best interior replacement pieces for the C5 model. I was 110% satisfied with my experiences with them.

I totally agree! I spoke to Ken about three weeks ago about an upcoming order I'm planning. This is a very busy man who has a lot to do - yet he took about 45 minutes out of his busy day to explain things to me, and give me some pricing. The rest of the time, we spent talking about the Corvette Forum, Vettes in general, how VE got started and his business philosophy.

He made me feel like I was his only customer - he never rushed me off the phone. And I didn't order anything...YET! Probably right after I get my income tax stuff together, I'm gonna place my order for the whole VE package. Way to go Ken!

I know everybody on the forum gets all "gushy" when talking about Ken and Vette Essentials. Bottom line is you are all right, they have an impeccable reputation, and they got it the old fashioned way:

THEY EARNED IT!

I've bought a lot of stuff from Ken and he's always gone out of his way to see that I was pleased with his products. I agree - he is a class act.

Would be nice if they answer at least one of my emails. I guess that's what happens when you live so far away and the business is doing well.

I think it works better if you call them. They don't do e-mails all that well.
