Thanks for the web page. Retiring soon after 39 years as a Chief Warrant Officer 5 Apache pilot with with tours in Vietnam and Iraq. There is no greater honor than to see the American people (people like those on this forum)welcome our brave warriors back home and pay their respects to our fallen heros. I ask that you continue to think of them in your prays, war is hell and only knowing I was going to buy me a new vette on my return kept me going some days..
Every soldiers may not want a vette, but they know that is the american dream. I do not let many drive my car, but one day I let a few of my soldiers drive mine as a way of thanking them for their support in keeping me safe while in the skies over Iraq. If only you could see the smile on their face behind the wheel of a vette, if only you could see them..
