Picked up an 01 a couple of months ago and have been haning around but never joined or posted until recently. I have a few questions.
I have had my car above 100 a few times (Not on public roads mind you ha ha), however the windows seem to get sucked out. Is this common or do I have a problem?
For those of you with a BPP shifter do you have problems getting it into first? From 1 to 6 no problem. 3 - 2 - 1 tough. I had the dealer I bought the car from put in a used BPP shifter they took out of a 2000 they had on the lot. Whats the deal??
Last but not least. I have a MTI steath1 cam that I bought for my LS1 F body but never installed. What kind of gains can I expect in the C-5?

The windows may need adjustment - Tip in Adjustment. Or turn the A/C off and see if it makes a difference. As far as the shifter you could try changing the tranny fluid. Use synthetic fluid for all your fluids it handles heat much better. Lots here have had good results from changing the tranny fluid. Your shift I have no idea.

I had the same problem with my windows, they just needed adjustment. If you remove the door panel it should be obvious how to do it. If not, there are plenty of how to threads and articles. Nice color choice too.
