Polished engine parts
Has anyone tried to polish their water pump or tensioner pulley bracket?
Does anyone know a vender who does this including the alternator?

Most chrome plating companies will do polishing, the last quote I got on a water pump was $250 to chrome, about 30% less just to polish.

I have the tensioner half done. The water pump would be a challenge due to the size, shape and rough finish. When the pump seal fails how would you repair it? The Meziere pump is already polished and could be sent back for rebuilding so the same housing would be returned.
