I think I saw one guy do it and it turned out great. It was blue and black. I think he had a thread about it here about 2-3 months ago. Looked real good. He did the doors and just about the entire interior.

Very easy to do and very subtle ...
1. Remove the panel
2. Screens are held on by tabs. Just straighten the tabs and pull off the screens.
3. Spray paint (2-3 light coats). Let dry for 15 minutes.
4. Reverse to install.
5. Have a drink.

Oh yeah. I did my door handle bezels too. I think they look cool.
