I got a set of jacking pucks from Corvette Accessories Unlimited and use them every time I take the car to the dealer or when I lift it myself. Worth the money in my opinion, but you can make them yourself out of hockey pucks.
I have a set of jacking pucks from CAU and I also have the BMW circular snap in pads...everytime I go to the dealer they claim they don't use them...they place the lifting "fingers" in the same area where the slots are and so far have been careful.

How have the BMW pads been working out? I'm considering purchasing a set.
Just completed a set of four hockey puck lifting pads. It was fun making them and now I can lift away. I also got a set of rhino ramps because I want to jack the vette and use the pucks for the jack stands. Oh how I wish spring would hurry up...
