Pre registration is strongly recommended. This year we had to get a permit from the city of Norfolk (we were illegal the last three years...hehehehe!), but as part of the process, we have agreed to limit attendance to 120 cars this year to test the parking plan.
Next year we shouldbe able to grow it to 200, but we have to grow slowly
