Pinning the harmonic balancer is a must during the install. Don't let any installer try to tell you differently.
Otherwise, most kits don't "require" anything more.
The best ATI Procharger kits are made by ECS and A&A Corvette. These have revised blower brackets and single front mount intercoolers.
Depending on your horsepower goals, you may need a Racetronix fuel and/or a boost-a-pump. Longtube headers help tremendously.
