Hurst shift
Hurst shift is on the way.Now I need to know what ***** are good at keeping the shifter from rattling. Kinda like the old billiard ball or hurst if they do the job.

John: I have the Hurst Classic black **** on my Hurst shifter and LOVE IT!! Very solid feel. I have absolutely no noise issues with my shifter. I bought it because it reminds me of the old style muscle car *****!

I love my MGW but also love the looks of the Delrin *****. Unfortunately they don't absorb the Hurst rattle noise. If only someone made a Delrin style **** in solid billet. Hmmm maybe I should give MGW an email. George was kind enough to make some of their pistol grip ***** in black for me, so I wonder if they could do a Delrin style **** also.

I have considerably less noise from my Hurst with a Flame Ball ****. I started out with the stock ****. While the flame ball doesn't have the high tech look of some of the "sophisicated" offerings, I like it a lot. Kinda retro. I think there is still just a bit of noise, but between the runflants and always having the top down, I never notice it.

I just installed my new Hurst shifter the other day....easiest shifter I ever installed...!!! I modified an old Hurst T handle to fit the stick and it looks GREAT...and no rattles whatsoever..... I'll post some pics this week......
