Where is the best low cost insurance for 1997 vette in Massachussetts that is only driven 800 mi a year?

Massachusetts has set insurance rates.
You will on save money from a few Insurance place like Amica. They offer a 4% STEP 9 driver discount. AAA give members a discount.
Other than that all prices are the same.
I have a 2000 Vette with full coverage and 500 deds.
I have 300/500 on all optional insurance.
I pay $1450 with a STEP 9 Discount and Low mileage discount.
