Do you have pics of the C6 lights on a C5? I haven't seen these yet...

Nope, I've seen it somewhere...EB Z06 next to blue C6 both with the same headlights. I love that pic! If I run across it, I'll post.

Someone needs to get the link or pic of the C6 light in the C5. I've been waiting to spend the money.

To each their own and I know many here love these lights.

I'm not trying to bash them in any way, but to me - and this is just my opinion - they are fugly on a C5.

2 cents worth

Let me know if you want a hand. I did Marc's (CircusVargas1) car, but we did the Breathless lights. Will take about 3-4 hours realistically.
The hardest part was alignment at the end, to align the edges with the hood and fenders.

The verdict isnt out yet but I've exprienced some early pains. I'd rather wait to see the end result.

But there are some things than can be improved.

1. When the 2 assemblies are in, one assemby may not line up along the lines of the car like the other. This may be attributed ot the fact that the C5's hood and headlight comopartment lines arent perfect to begin. But the problem is the c5r Light assemblies offer virtually no lattitide for front, back, left or right adjustments.

If they made the bracket holes oval or elongated instead of perfectly round that would help a great deal. I was thinking of doing it myself but for right now Im saying the hell with it.

2. The screws showed rust after my first car wash with them. So I'll have to paint them rust-free black.

3. Dependign on which HID's you get, there maybe some fittiment issues there as well. I've had to send one assembly back because i could not get the HID Bulb in when the Lamp is set inside the assembly - there jusrt isnt enough the back. But yet on the other side, it was no problem.

I suspect some owners will have different expeirienecs. Some will fit right, others wont.

And like EFI-1 says, make sure you get some HID's because the ones I and a few others bought from revxtreme are fantastic!

I've seen 2 cars with Breathless in person and i can definitvely say that the end result is totally different than the SW C5R Lights along with an entirely different look. IMO, its comparing apples to oranges.

Do they actually make a C6 headlight kit for the C5 or is it a custom job?
