Default Glove box door removal

Anyone have a good how-to on removing the glove box door from the entire unit assembly? I want to get the door off of this assembly so I can either recover it in Torch Red or airbrush it. However, to do this it muyst be seperate from the "frame".

Thanks

Hmm...so you're not asking how to remove it from the car...but to remove the door from the frame...

I've done it, it's not hard, but you would have to bond it back with an epoxy to get it back together as you have to break the plastic tacks to get it off...once it's out of the car, it's self explanatory, just start tearing it apart...use a flat blade to wedge between the two sections whereever you see the plastic
"melted" together...

Yep, thanks to your suggestion I got it off. Have now stripped the old vinyl off and am going to put new Torch Red on it.

Thanks, Again

I will post pics. It may be a week or so. I am waiting for another door panel. Going to mod red my Z06.

In the meantime here are a couple of pics of the partition that I made for it. The logo is embroidered directly into the Torch Red vinyl.
