Where to order Column Lock By-pass?

I am going to order the column lock by-pass and wanted to know where you have ordered it from.

I hear the two most popular places are:
1) thunderracing
2)corvettesofhuston

I got my bypass in 1999, and for the life of me, I can't remember where I got it from. I think LAPD sells them.

Or you could get the GM Harness K bypass from a GM dealership.

I thought this didn't work with a 6 speed???
