Default Anyone have the BPP Vortex Power Duct?

My air bridge is damaged so I figured this would be a good time to upgrade to a better one. I have read several threads about the high flow ducts not adding any hp, but they do look nice! I like the way the fiberglass BPP vortex power duct looks, anyone have any experience with it?

I have one ...I like the look but not sure you will feel any gains with it.

I have one and love it! You can feel it kick in at higher speed, dose not do much a low speed. But it is picking up cold air from the ground and it needs speed to work. so if you are thinking about it i find mine good!
But do not drive through high water it dose scoop up the water. Will not be nice.

So my 2 cents

"But it is picking up cold air from the ground and it needs speed to work"

I think you're referring to the BPP Vortex - the Scoop and Filter.

I think he's talking about the Power Duct - the high flow Air Bridge replacement. I've got both - I agree with blkvett01 - the Vortex made a difference I could feel - highly recommend it or something similar.

While I believe the high flow power duct and similar products must make a difference ... I couldn't really feel it. Hopefully someone has done a dyno comparison with / without.

I have the powerduct with Hurricane Air Induction. I don't know if it gives any HP gains but it sure feels like it with whole set up. Engine sounds much stronger and looks WAAAAAAAY BETTER!!!

BPP Power Duct and Vortex Cold Air Setup here. Power gains negligable for the Power Duct. HP comes from the CAI. Add the smooth couplers at the same time. May not add HP but looks

If you want the look go ahead...if you're thinking of performance...I'd save your money.

I have one, it fit POORLY and rubbed the underside agains the radiator shroud pretty badly. Took it off and went back to the stock piece.
