Yes the sport seat skins will fit the standard seats perfectly... many people have made the switch, The frames Are the same, but you will need to replace the back Foam. If you are going to do this, you should replace all the foam, there are three pieces per seat.

E-T is right of course. It's important to understand that the true sport seats have adjustable lumbar and side bolsters. If you simply change the foam and the skin, you'll have a seat that LOOKS like sport seat, but doesn't quite function like one.
