Corvette shops in Florida
I am heading down to Florida on Sunday, and will be there until March 10th, yahooooo! Could any of the members down on that side of the coast tell me where the awesome Corvette shops are for me to check out. Also if you know of any car shows in that time frame, please let me know.

Mike Norris's shop "Next Level Performance" in Orlando Fla. is probably the best Corvette Shop in Fla. There is a nice car show in Plantation Fla. on University Dr. near 595 every Friday afternoon.

Vettes at the Villages IV

On Saturday, March 5, the Corvette Club of Orlando is proud to present "Vettes at the Villages IV" For the fourth year this Nine Class, Judged event will again be hosted by The Villages at the crossroads of Lake, Marion and Sumter Counties in sunny Central Florida.
This year, we will showcase Americas Only True Sportscar in The Village's new Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. Both newcomers and return Corvette owners will really enjoy showing thier Vettes in this new setting. Enjoy more spacious show accomodations, more shopping, more dining, all in a marvelous waterfront setting. Simply put, there is more of everything to see and do that will make this venue a favorite for you and your family. Come enjoy a day in The Villages with 150 other Corvettes!

Too bad you can't take that beautiful vert down there Tino! My wife and I are leaving next Wed. for a little road trip to Florida also. Possibly Ft. Myers to catch some Twins pre-season baseball. Might have to check out some of the places your thread generated. We decided come Hell or high snow we're taking the vette

If you not familar with the area around University & 595 ask anyone in the area where "Towers" is. The cars gather in a huge parking lot near Towers.

Vettes at the Village is very cool...
...maybe Stuz Cruz will be moving during your visit so stay in touch

A received a flyer about a show put on by the Citrus County Corvetted Club and I believe it was in the week of March. You may be able to do a search and find out info on their club or ask in the Southeast section as suggested above.

You might want to visit Roger's Corvette Center in Maitland outside Orlando. He has one of the two ZL-1's produced, and several L-88's, including one with about 12 miles on it. He keeps about 100-120 vettes in stock.
