Default Going too fast in the vette!

My name is Kerry and I am a vette-o-holic. I can't stop. Anytime I get a nice clear section of road the hammer is down to the floor and I am up in triple digits in no time. I have a problem. It's just that it is way too much fun. I'll take to back roads to and from work where it is empty and I do 0-100-35 sprints with a big old grin on my face. It seems like I can get to triple digits so flippin fast. I love driving my vette for what it was built for. I know I shouldn't but I end up doing it on a daily basis. I am going to loose my license, or worse....

Help me.

I know the feeling, but lets just try and keep it safe buddy! We dont want you or anybody else getting hurt. Not to mention that the police don't take to kindly to us when we "drive our cars the way they were meant to be driven"!

Kerry...
...thanks for sharing...I think I can help. There are many fine, and I'm sure local Corvette clubs near you. You can meet on a weekly or semi-monthly basis with many who have the same problem as you. You will find them full of good advice, and better yet, support for your disease.

In many cases these fine folks have a very hard time mastering their urge to push the peddle to the floor as well. In such cases they have found a very safe and sane way to quell this passion. It takes place at local tracks and autoX around the nation week in and week out.

We are all rooting for you, so get some help. After all, our familys travel the roads every day.

Peace
Willfulone
