Vararam???????

However, I like my VORTEK Intake (CLEAR) and I can thank one of the members that sold it to me (brand new) for well under the retail price when I first bought my vette!
I don't think you can go wrong with it at all.

I personally opted for the Vararam because of its design and direct flow of outside air into the engine. Cold air means greater HP! Ram Air is the topic of a major debate!
Good luck on your choice. PS I had my Tuner install at $100.

Thank alot....
hhmmm... lets see... would i rather keep the filter on top of the engine and suck up all the hot air the engine is putting off, or would i rather suck in all the cool fresh air from the outside??!?! its a no brainer.
i doubt you are going to dyno much higher with a VARARAM over another brand intake, but it will def. out perform the others.
this topic always brings up a debate! those who are against the VARARAM just dont feel like paying the extra money, then try to justify the fact that brand "X" is just as good but for a lot less money! same exact thing with buying LG headers!
interesting how i have both, and am trapping 115mph compared to the 108-109 stock!! id say 7mph gain is nice for the mods!
buy the best, enjoy it. dont let anyone tell you different!
