where is paint code?

where is paint code?

I need the paint code for my Vette but I don't know what RPO code in the glove box it is.

Can anyone tell me what the paint code will start with??

I forget what it starts with. I believe it is on the left rear compartment cover. I think it's also in the center console.

10U Arctic White
19U Lemans Blue Metallic (Commemorative Edition Only)
41U Black
67U Machine Silver
70U Torch Red
79U Millenium Yellow w/ Tint
86U Magnetic Red Metallic II
88U Medium Spiral Gray Metallic

It is on the bottom of the sticker in your glove box before it it will have a bc/cc (case coat, clear coat) the numbers given above are ordering codes not the actual paint codes. for example; electron blue is U 779 J

call the dealer....they tell you exactly where ....i needed to get some touch up paint and they told me which one it was....its in the glove box somewhere
