That's the one I have as well. Sturdy enough to easily remove and replace on another car also, unlike some of the cheap thin ones.

Default Exhaust Plate

I like the color matched ones with the matching C5 emblem on them. I bought mine from Corvette Undies and it looks great. They matched my Lemans Blue paint and put a Commemorative emblem on it. This exhaust plate wraps around behind the exhaust tips too and has little bowtie cutouts on the sides. Really classy looking!
Just my 2-cents worth....

The same company (I can get the name for you when I get home) makes one if black with a chrome emblem. I think it would look really cool with the yellow, because it would black out the space between the pipes (darker than the stock black plastic), and then the chrome emblem would REALLY stand out!

The quality and shine is unreal on this plate. It's the cheapest I've seen on the web. Plus free shipping

I went with a black background to match the car. It depends on how much "bling" you like. I have the ss corvette letters and with the exhaust tips being chrome, I thought the black background would be a little more reserved. As with all mods, individual choice. Either one will look great.

I have a carbon fiber one and think it looks great. I've already got enough yellow on my car.

Yep, I have the same plate on my yellow coupe. Although... if I was going for the chrome look, this one is pretty sharp:

I got my Billet(aluminum)chrome plated exhaust plate from eastcoastcorvettes.com via ebay. I think it was 150.00 and is a real quality piece:

my vert is also yellow so which should i go with....YELLOW or CHROME???????
I have those same, beautiful 3.5" GHL Bullseye Bullets as in the photo, except mine have a polished stainless steel exhaust plate in between. I chose ss because that storage box on which plates are mounted is molded plastic and will flex, chrome is brittle and will crack and break with flexing. Nickel plated would be OK.

The yellow doesn't look bad but it doesn't look as good as chrome(IMO)

If anyone actually gets enough flexing in that part of their car to crack chrome, they have bigger worries than an exhaust plate.
