Got some after market wheels and need to change the center caps. How do I remove the ones on the wheels??? Pry off with a screw driver??? I'm afraid of breaking them because they are plastic. Please dont tell me I have to take the wheel off the Vette!

You may be able to pull them off with the wheel on, but there is not much room to get your hands in there. My advice would be to take the wheel off and then either pull them off from the front or tap lightly with the handle of a hammer on the back of the cap. They pop right off.
wrap a towl around a screw driver they come off easy.. Besure when putting them back on not to hit them on, just jently push them on you could brake the plastic fastiners

I did the towel and screw driver thing. They just popped off. Thanks.
I know you got them off already, but, I used two paint-can keys. They have a little 90 degree end to pry off lids from gallon cans of paint. They slipped right in and with one almost 180 degrees from the other, the caps popped right off. I had never taken one off before and thought it was pretty niffty.
