Default Fred Beans March C5 Specials!

Hello All,

This is our exciting March specials. We again, are offering parts to you at a wonderful and reasonable price. All parts 499.00 or less are 5% over dealer cost. Anything 500.00 and over is priced at dealer cost! If you have several parts totaling over 500.00 it is still 5% over dealer cost. In order to receive a part at dealer cost a single part must be 500.00 or more. Again, shipping is reasonable.

We offer this pricing on any and all Genuine GM Parts. It could be engines, accessories, parts for your Cadillac, etc. If you are requesting a price on any other part not listed here please email us or call us directly. We normally don’t have time to visit the forums during the day. You will get a faster response by email or a phone call.

You may call myself (Gene) or my assistant (Jeremy) and we will be happy to help you with all of your parts needs. Please call us at 610.495.1700, email me gculley@fredbeans.com

Holy Crap Gene

terr-rif-ic pricing... the hud stuff... is that ALL i would need for a retro fit to a 98 C5? (does it include the controls that mount into the dash opposite the DIC controls?)

awesome

FreeStyler

PS -what about RunFlats - GenII (C6) can you get them in C5 (18/17) sizing and what would the costs be?

if you cant get them to us, can you advise on their dealer price anyways so we can be on the look out for what a good deal might look like?

On a 98 you'd need a HUD enabled cluster and an 11 pin wiring connector if I remember correctly. Most salvage yards can help you with the cluster. There are 2 gentlemen on here selling the connectors. The problem with us selling tires is that by the time you add shipping I'm more expensive than anyone else.

Cheers Gene

hey... while we have your ear ...

there is a thread on the C6 board that is talking about swapping out the LS1 engine with a LS7 crated engine -- due in August -
can you keep an eye out for details and pricing?

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/sho...d.php?t=1044752

Most Powerful Small-Block Ever - Available in a Crate

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FOR RELEASE: 2005-03-22

CONTACTS

Most Powerful Small-Block Ever - Available in a Crate

DETROIT - Chevrolet unveiled the 2006 Corvette Z06 at Detroit's North American International Auto Show in January, and now GM Performance Parts is unveiling the crate engine version of the LS7 engine that powers it. This latest Z06, billed as "the fastest, most powerful car ever offered by Chevrolet and GM," has enthusiasts looking for that kind of power in a crate engine. GM Performance Parts is ready to end that search as it offers the LS7 (P/N 17802397) at GM dealerships and Authorized Centers, nationwide in August.

Right now all there that exists is a part number in the system. There is no price, no warehouse assignment and no stocking info.

When these come out be rest assured we'll be one of the first to have it and the one's with the best price.

I have a 99 and did not purchase the hud option. Wouldnt you have to also cut a hole in the dash? What would the R&R be on doing a retro fit?
