A million thanks to EnglandGreen for the rear plate frame. 
This is another wonderful example of the generosity of this forum's members. After reading on the board that I was looking for a rear plate frame, Stephen sent me one and refused to even let me pay shipping. The frame was in perfect condition and looks great on my Z06.
