If they came with a 3 year warranty on the chrome and they are still within that time period, speak with the vendor you bought them from. They may or may not help you, but it is worth a shot.

...and don't feel bad because this happens to the factory high-polished thin-spokes as well. Brake dust is nasty caustic stuff.
I had this happen on my previous set of wheels and it was first pointed out to me at a car show of all places oy! One could see the pitting very planinly by looking through the spokes at the barrel.
Anyway I could not afford new ones at the time and certainly did not want this to be obvious at a car show so I sanded down the entire interior/barrel, wiped off with mineral spirits and when completely dried I painted the insde of the wheels a hammered metalic black.
It actually looked good when clean and when it got dirty in there it was just black and dark and you could not see anything anyway.
Bottom line is it covered up those whitish spots that represent the pitting.

Just be aware that virtually every warranty I've seen on chromed wheels excludes everything but workmanship. This exclusion includes salt, sand, sun, wind, rain, and almost everything else your wheels will come into contact with while driving your Vette. In short, if you can't prove it's a workmanship defect, they won't cover it.
