The new issue of Corvette Magazine has two interesting pieces; the first was an editorial discussing the view of the Corvette as an older person's sportscar, the "Buick of Sportscars".
The second was an enjoyable comparison of owning/driving a C-5 and a C-6....to sum it up, the C-6 is a definite improvement, if maybe a bit too smooth/civilized....(complaints centered around the solenoid mechanism to open the doors, the push button starting and the generally kinder/gentler/slightly more numb steering and exhaust sound, but nevertheless they pronounced the C-6 a tangible improvement).
