I Just Installed A New Hallteck Intake, Someone Told Me I Should Get The Velocity Stack That Goes Inside The Throttle Body To Smooth Out The Air Flow. (10 Hp Gain??) Yes Or No Thanks For The Help.

No No No You have to get coolant by pass kit with the velocity stack to get it work right. If you dont' you get no HP gain. If you do you gain around 12.34765 HP at idle.
High performance hood seal gives you more HP than Velosity stack.
High performance hood seal enhanced by the reduction in the drag coefficient which is modified exponentially (if traveling north to south) or geometrically (if traveling east to west) with coats of Mequire's NXT.
Have any of you actually tried it or are you just assuming it doesn't work? Anyone dyno before and after??
I did. I also tried it with my stock maf and a granatelli. Actually I tried all those combos. The best all around hp and tq was... With the stock maf and no Velocity Stack. Actually, the velocity stack had the same numbers on each run. It actually MAY do something on a stock car and at speed, but sitting on a dyno it didn't do squat for my car. BTW, it was stock except for headers, xpipe and exhaust. Also had an LS1 manifold.
BTW, I went from 337rwhp to 413 rwhp with the performance hood seal, the throttle body bypass, a smooth coupler, Zaino, and 20% tint.
