Changing Fog Light Bulbs
I could use some tips on the easiest way to replace the fog light bulbs on my C5. I can not reach them through the hood area and the lower bumper is in the way from the front.

Raise headlights, then turn back to "parking lights."
Use you smallest arm (ha) and reach down to where the back of the fog lamp is. It is tight but most men can reach it.
Turn the socket 90 degrees and pull the bulb toward the top of the car. It will only move about 12 inches so don't be too agressive.
Purchase 885 bulbs as they are higher wattage (and brighter) than the stock ones. WEARING SURGICAL GLOVES put the new bulbs in the socket and continue putting the new assemble back into the socket.
Gloves will help to protect the bulb from premature failure due to oils from you hand contaminating the glass surface.
Repeat fcor the other side.
