[Z06] road corse tires

road corse tires
Running HPDE on Road America in Wisconsin with a modified 2002 z06. 
Stock Eagle F1's perform well. Have Slicks for good weather events. Problem is the weather is rarely good. Need to replace the original f1's soon. Thinking of tires with thread that are stickier then the f1's to get around the track a little quicker. Anyone running similar events? Given the long straights speeds are running 145 to 160 mph.Suggestions?

These 2 are totally different and can't be compared. I think your hard pressed to find a better street tire for the z than the F1. With that said a Kuhmo 710 R compound will eat the F1 and spit it out. Unless it is absolutely pouring rain, you can use the R's. I like the Kuhmo MX's for the street.
