Probably a stupid question (although it wouldn't be the first). I see a lot of cars that say navy blue metallic and a lot that say midnight blue. Are these the same color???

Here is a web site that lists the factory colors for each year:
I'm almost certain that they're the same. When I was searching for my car, I came across several different places where I saw "midnight blue" and it turned out to be navy blue. I think that midnight blue just sounds sexier...
Midnight Blue is not an official color on Corvettes. (It may be a GM color on other cars, though). I'd guess it is used by the same clueless dealers that call Mag Red "Maroon".
I have a Le Mans blue CE vert, and when I went to the dealer for touch-up paint (small front fender scratch...), the color was called Luxo blue...go figure.
