Did you just replace bulbs? If so, check and make sure the bulbs are seated flush in their housings.
1. Put your car in front of your garage door.
2. Turn your headlights on, then back one click (or raise them manually)
3. Remove the plastic plug on the bezel (I use a quarter, works best for me)
4. Find the brass gear near the hole (one further in) - each one controls horizontal and vertical,
5. Use either a 15 torx or 7mm socket to turn the "gear" (Torx fits the inside, 7mm fits around the outside).
6. Adjust your lights accordingly.
7. Replace the plastic plugs.
8. Have a beer.
9. Repeat 8.
10. Repeat 9.

If your headlights are pointing radically different from before the bulb change, then your new bulbs are most likely not seated properly. If this is the case, using the headlight adjustment to fix your low beams will totally screw up your high beams and even then the low beam pattern will be messed up.
