God when I'm ready to sell mine I need to move to where some of you live......
I know we love our vettes and hope they will be worth the bank forever but geeeez!!
A 97 with 54k in GREAT shape wholesales for about 16 to17k up here, that puts retail at about 18 to 19k, 19K would be max. Average condition vettes over 50k are closer to 15k wholesale.

I bought my 97 (in showroom condition w/ 32,000 miles) a year ago for $23,000. It was worth every penny.

Don't mind Kurt, 9g is the best estimate he can give since his brains are splattered all over the place.
