Help....Front fender
i'm looking for the after market repair piece
that is a fix when the front fender breaks
loose behind the front wheel I have seen this repair
kit ,can not place where, this is for a friend of mine
i'm a C-3 guy but i know i have seen this
any help would be great ....

This seems as though it is for the rocker rails. Will it work for the front fender? I have the same problem. Right behind the front wheel... the bottom of the fender. The part where the screw goes into the fender has cracked right off.

The rocker won't really stick out since it's glued to the frame rail, but the fender will stick out because it depends on the rocker to hold it in. This kit makes it look like you'd have to drill a new hole in the fender...but it'd be further up, and probably visible. My fender is cracked too, and I've been thinking about using black tape to hold my fender in...you know, out of sight... Maybe I lived in Alabama too long, I started believing that duct tape really can fix anything!

I have the same problem and all I did was put on larger washers to hold the fender down and prevent it from flapping freely. Of course to do this you need to keep the piece that broke off and put it under the larger washer to ensure that its screwed down flush and evenly.
