Custom Paint Question
Hey you guys you know how some have like a red or yellow vette and have the back bumber painted black? It looks cool, I have a black vette and would like to know mabey a silver on the back or mabey even red and then the hood scoops on my heat extractor hood paint them the same color? Any ideas? I scratched the back a lil and want to paint it to make it a lil diffrent. Thanx...

I don't think I've seen a black Vette with the rear facia painted another color. Maybe if you took a picture of yours someone here could Photochop a different color onto it. Good luck with it.

Are you refering to painting the entire rear fascia or or just the lower portion around the exhaust area?

Well....Ya know, like.....that area in the back, Dude.....that your stressing over, is like.....cool to paint any color your imagination can run with, Man......It`s all Good........Word!

I think a contrasting color on the lower portion of the rear fascia looks great. Been wanting to do that to mine for a while. Just checked with a body shop last week - cost was estimated to be about $150. Not too bad, so I can see doing this in the near future. There is at least one forum member here that has their hood scoops on a heat extractor hood painted red. Looks good
