I'd say NO! Keep the Vette. Make the Prowler your 2nd car. Not a bad looking ride, though:

....I have Prowlers and Vettes.....the Prowler is probably more fun to own/drive because it is so different...but the Vette beats it hands down in all other areas.....especially if your C5 is a convertable....I also have a mred/oak/oak '04 vert.....

...depreciation will probably be less in the Prowler because it is older and has pretty well bottomed out....
...Vette gets better gas mileage....
...Vettes are more common than Prowlers to meet on the road...
...Prowler also has a great club with many events in different areas...
...Prowler gets WAY MORE attention....
...Prowler will probably appreciate more in the future...


...if you have had the Vette for a while and are looking for something REALLY different, GO FOR IT !!!.......VOTE yes...
