Bummer!! Don't know how this might work for you, but I had a '99 Trans Am that had a broken lower mounting flange on the front right fender. I unbolted the broken piece and epoxied it back to the fender and let it cure for a few days before bolting it back up. It worked fine, but it was not visible except from under the car. Or some fiberglass repair may be in order if it's in an obscure location. May be a better alternative than a shop trying to match the paint on a new fender. Good luck!

If you are talking about one of the the stationary corners of the 3 piece black air dam, I too hit some debris in the road and it broke off 2 off the 3 holes in the fiberglass fender that attaches to the black plastic air dam. I forget exactly how I did it, but I was able to use some ZIP TIES!!! to re-connect the other two to one of the bolts for the access panel. I think I loosened the bolt closest to the air dam for the access panel and connected two zip ties together and looped through both remaining holes in the corner of the black air dam and tightened it up and it lifted the corner of the air dam back in place. The only other way to do it right would be to replace the entire front fender which I was not doing again (see pics- damn deer!). Would this qualify as a ZIP TIE MOD!!
