Claybar Tip
My wife picked up 3 or 4 of these small clay things 1/2" x3" x3" (can't recall the name right now, I'll post it when I get home) that you can mold into shapes and put in the oven and bake to get hard. She's doing a shower for my daughter-in-law and will form icing for the cake with them. They came from Michael's or something like that.
Needless to say I had to help and as I was forming the things she wanted I took an extra one and tried it on my car. It cleans great for small spots and can be rolled up and reused again. I keep it in the glovebox in a small zip-lock. Was quite happy with the results on small spots etc.
Oh, don't bake it as it gets as hard as concrete.
I'm also going to mold the waterfall and bake it and try polyester in it and see if I can make some waterfalls.

plasticine clay is what I'm thinking your wife bought...I wouldn't be using that on your car unless you're sure it's synthetic.

Don't know the name for sure, but it is synthetic and non-toxic (I guess if you get hungry). I'll post the name later tonight when I get home.

Isn't baked clay what they use to make China and isn't China in the Orient and doesn't Rice come from there? Does that mean you're Rice if you use clay?
