silver z owners
what wheels are you guys running and do you have pics??? ive been pondering on what wheels to get for about 2 weeks now. debating on a pair of chrome wheels stock style or motorsports, and an all black wheel without polished lip or rivets. where would i purchase all black wheels i kinda liked the idea of an all black c6 wheel in c5 sizes. any ideawhere to get black wheels seems like no one carries them. thanks please post pics

Just have the stock slightly darker silver, than the car, Chrome,
I think would look good, Not too keen on the black.
If you trade them for chrome,Saw them for 600.00 trade,
Are u getting the same Quaility back in the chrome one's
IE forged light wheel. somthing to consider

OEM and love the understated look, plus they are light weight and strong. I do like the new Z07 style chrome wheels though.

Im not sure what the hell I have on my car, but Im guessing chrome Motorsports. Dont have a GM stamp on them...so not guessing polished stockers.
Bought it used with 4k miles on it in December and have yet to define what wheels are on the car...

I'm running the OEM wheels. I happend to like them. I don't much care for the chrome look. Personally, I think the Z06 should maintain its purposeful "track car" look. Polished is as blingy as I would go. Black wheels look good too IMO.

I am thinking about putting the black Z06 Motorsports on my QS Z. Reason...I think the chrome is a little too bling-bling against the silver. Although, I have seen some really nice Z's (& other C5s) that were silver with chrome wheels on them. My preference is the black Motorsports with the polished lip. My $0.02.

My black motorsports just came in today. Now I'm waiting on the tires I ordered yesterday. They are going on my quicksilver 01 z. Will post pics as soon as they are on.I know that doesn't help much NOW but....!

I have the stock silver ones still on. It gives it that Euro look, but I would also like to see some pics with the black motorsports on. I think that would really draw some attention without all the bling of chromes.

Thanks bro. Got some new pics coming with some side splitters, front spoiler from Specter werkes and big brakes. I've had the spoilers in my garage for 5 months but cant seem to find the time to put them on.

Chromed repos on my 02. They came on the car when I bought it from Corvettes of Houston. My druthers would have been to have the stock Z06 wheels (lighter and stronger) or black motorsport ones. All in all, I think these wheels do look good, though.
