Just Bought My Z06 A Few Months Ago And I'm Having A Great Time Wasting My Money On It. Anyways, I Lowered My Front End By Screwing In The Adjusters All The Way, And I Even Trimmed The Rubber Bushings Down As Much As Possible. It Looks Good, But I Would Like To Go A Little Lower. Do I Need To Change Out My Stock Shocks Or What? I Am Running 19's In Front And Still Have Plenty Of Space To Go Lower.

Your two options as I see them are 1) removing the front bolts altogether (folks have done it, but you're looking at fiberglass spring-on-A-arm contact),or 2) coil-overs. The coil-overs can be very expensive, but the adjustable ones will get you low.
I thought about the spring and a-arm issue. It is the cheaper way to go but i figure all the money i am putting in my car i might as well do it right. I will check into the coil over. Thanks!

If you want to sit on the ground, you need to change to the coil overs. The factory shocks are designed so that the optimum valving is achieved when the car is 20mm down from the top. Once you went passed that, you compromised the shocks ability to perform - which actually made the handling worse - not better - than stock setup.

Also make sure you lower the rear an equal amount or you will totally ruin the handling of the car. There should be a rake of about 1/2 inch (rear higher than front, as measured at the frame rails)
