Side Body Molding Removal
How difficult is it to remove the side body molding? My new ZO6 came with the molding, but I do not like it. Is it just glued on? Can it be removed without damaging the car/paint?

IT is not that hard. From what I have read I have not done it on a vette but I did do it on my Tahoe.
Use a real Strong Fishing Line. Put on leather gloves so you do not hurt your hands, heat the moldings up with a hair dryer and then shimy the fishing line behind the molding and real carefully use the line to cut away the double stick tape.
I then use a mineral sprit and hard elbow grease to get the residue of the paint then wax.
But I am not sure If I would use the Mineral spirts on the Vette Paint.
It worked good when I did my Tahoe
