Personally, I could care less how cars are shipped to dealers or where they are stored once they get there. My only concern is; it better be in perfect condition the day I pick it up and take it from the dealer...

What do you call the zinc or cadium plating on aftermarket rotors? Obviously it wears off in the firepath in short order but the rest of the rotor remains corrosion resistant. That is why they are so popular.

I put on zinc dipped rotors with painted centers I bought from an outfit on ebay, had 'em on 3 months now and they absolutely will not rust and always look beautiful. (sorry, not trying to hijack the thread)
