Default Creaky springs

Lately I've noticed that the springs on my '02 Coupe have been creaking when I get in and out of the car. Is there some sort of maintenance I've been neglecting to do? What would be the easiest way to get rid of the creak (assuming it's not a flat-out defect)?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

My 99 has a squeek.. I have used diaelectric grease on the sway bar bushings , but I think my squeek is from the ride adjustable shocks with replacement cost in the $500 EACH range. Does anyone have the part # for these shocks.. Thanks 99 Nassau Blue,, squeeking along with U.

Grease the top shock bushings for the rear suspension too. While you're at it, grease all the bushings back there. You just need a needle fitting for your grease gun.
