How many of you forum members are Huskers? In a sparsley populated state like Nebraska how many Vettes are there? At my estimate, which could be off there are about 30 in my home town.
Lived in Nebraska for my first 30 years, now I live in south Florida where I can drive top down year round. Many of my friends went to Kearney State in the late 80's and my parents still have a ranch near Broken Bow. Before I moved down here I had a Supra TT and those roads were a nightmare for sports cars. Looking forward to this season to see if The Skers can turn things around!!
You don't have to live in Nebraska to be a HUSKER!! Grew up in Kimball..............Katy, Texas now.
True! Born and grew up in Omaha (Creighton Prep HS). NU Lincoln 1957 (Freshman football - what was a redshirt?). To USNA in 1958 and never returned to live there (not too many ships in Nebraska). My wife and kids lived in Omaha in 1968 during my trip to Vietnam. My parents, sisters and their siblings still live in Omaha and I go back about once a year. I still am a Husker fanatic (as well as Navy). Red N Blue N. Come see San Diego.

GO BIG RED!
Live in Northern Cali now, but I grew up in Lincoln in the 60s. We used to ride our bikes down to Memorial Stadium – back then, they would open the gates at halftime and you could just walk in and watch the game.
At the start of the dynasty, I saw Heisman Trophy winner, Johnny Rodgers practice and play. I could go on, - don’t get me started on Frank getting fired.
BTW, I always liked Kearny. It's a cool town - 30 Vettes? Very cool.

I get back to Lincoln at least once a year and drove my Vette out in 03. Brother-in-Law is always good for Husker tickets
Next time I'm get to Kearny I'll definitely stop by for a brew and to check out the local Corvettes.
I'm a die-hard Cornhusker! I grew up in Grand Island, NE and went to UNL for Engineering. Graduated in 2001 and now, I'm out in sunny California....but, I will always love the state of Nebraska. Great people, lots of room and affordable living.
I think I have seen your car or one like it in the Bellevue area. Was it you? Anyway, not a Husker but I'm living up here.
probably...i had to run down there a number of times the past few weeks to get the tint removed at high impact and to check on a car i have for sale at custom auto brokers
