Default Rims Size what do you think??

I have a 01 TR C5 with the stock wheels.

I want to get the motorsports Black Z06 rims.. I was think about going to a 18in rim all away around instead of the 17 in the front and 18 in the back..

what do you guys think.. will I have any problem???..eventually I will get the Z06 calipers to...

Thanks

No you wont have any problems running 18s all around. I am running 19s all around as shown in my sig without really any rubbing of the wheel in the wheel well. I am running 275/30/19 front and 305/30/19 rear. If I were you I would up from stock sizes to say 18x10 in the front and 19x11 in the rear. Those would look awesome and then you should lower the car. I still have to get mine lowered.

You can go 18's all the way around no problem. As for the calipers, the Z06 ones are the same as the ones you have, only red. You can paint your current ones for a lot less money than buying the other calipers. Just a thought.

Don't waste you $400 to get them red....
Just go to OReiley's and spend $15 bucks and take the few hours to paint them yourself. Get a jack and a couple jack stands.
That's what I did, you can see pics of mine under my name.
