I POsted a similar thread alst year, But i just gont done detailing my wheels, and i could not believe the results i got with this stuff. Many have seen the infomercial, but i have a detail guy that swears by this stuff. I bought it at at marine store. It's great for polished alluminum wheels, mine were pitted badly, and it made them disappear!!!
IT came with an orbital buff ball that i put on my drill, and cut the time in half.
I highly remmened it, espeacially if you dont have a clear coat on the wheels!!!
Thanks! There have been many reviews and posts in the past concerning Flitz in the Car Care Products section of the Forum. You don't want to use it on clear coated wheels though as it will scratch these.

I would not use Flitz on my paint, therefore I would not used it on my OEM polished aluminum rims because they are clear coated just like the paint. If they are not coated then it is ok.

We use the stuff in quart cans on our polished leading edge slats of our company planes. Thats about 120 feet of polishing. I m glad we have interns to do that. We have found nothing that works better but we do have them do it buy hand. Trust me they get paid plenty for doing it. Mothers works good too.
Another one is Autosolvo. Which is about the same as Flitz. After many hours with these products they will eventually do in chrome finishes. Everything that polishes is abrasive. Mother's is the least abrasive and also Never Dull. So once something is clean use the product that is the least abrasive. And Mother's protects very well. There's my .02

Hmm... excellent point! I bought a jar of Mothers because I was temporarily unable to obtain Simichrome. Once I got the Simichrome, I stopped using the Mothers, and was gonna toss it or give it away. I think I'll use it now for the "in between" polishings.
Thanx to everyone else for the info on Flitz. Good tips.
