We had one on our 2000 and then moved it to the 2003 and I really liked it for lower speeds (up to 65) above that it does cut down on the heavy buffeting. I would buy another one if I still had a vert.

Virtually eliminates wind buffeting and turbulence into the cockpit.
Extends your "top down" driving season
Helps control interior temperature and air flow
Allows you to hear your stereo or carry on a conversation at highway speed
Lightweight black aluminum frame installs in minutes
Stores in the trunk, not that you'll ever want to put it away!

Melting Slicks
I want in...
I'll jump in on this. My wife went for a ride in a friends with one and said it really helped. Me, I'd ride my motorcycle without a helmet, so I kind of like the wind Anyhow, let me know when to order. And thanks to Vettenet for helping out.

West Coast Corvettes is clearing out their stock of the older type Vette Nets - regularly $399, clearance price $199 plus shipping. Looks like they only have colors of Anniversary Red, Pewter and Green left, but for this price, one could have it painted and still save money.
